At Air Arabia, he has successfully led ground operations, passenger handling, and strategic coordination with airport authorities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. As an educator, he has empowered aspiring professionals by teaching Travel & Tourism and Amadeus GDS, introducing practical, student-centered approaches that have led to consistently high success rates.

Holding multiple industry certifications and accreditation as a certified trainer by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO TedQual)—Waleed combines global standards with local insight.
